The Sukoshi Method is a fitness and wellness approach that emphasizes making meaningful changes through small, deliberate steps.  "Sukoshi" is Japanese for "small steps," reflecting our philosophy of gradual progress towards wellness.

We integrate mindfulness practices to cultivate awareness and focus on mobility and stretching movements to promote physical well-being.  Our method encourages individuals to listen to their bodies and embrace incremental improvements, leading to sustainable and transformative change in both body and mind.

The world can be a chaotic place.  Often times we are so caught up in work, loved ones, and daily schedules that we forget to make time for ourselves.  Sometimes we neglect ourselves for so long that we feel overwhelmed with the idea of putting our own well being in the forefront of our lives. 
As a NASM certified personal trainer working in NYC for the past 7 years, I have trained men and women in their early 20's to 65+. Though each individual may have had different injuries, abilities, and goals, I have seen a common thread. Those with a strong, persistent mindset are the ones who are met with the most success. 
I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey back to their center, empowering them to achieve meaningful change of mind body and soul through small, intentional steps of movement and mindful practices.
My mission is to foster personal growth and build a supportive community grounded in compassion and connection.
